Claims Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Intake Specialist II - Part Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily work plans and distribute tasks to ensure client turnaround times are met
• Provide second tier support to data entry processors and manage specialized workflows for client requests
• Review reporting, complete work queues, and proactively communicate potential issues to management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience in claim processing or health/dental insurance
• Successful completion of a pre-employment online data entry assessment with a minimum score of 7000 KSPH and 98% accuracy
• Basic knowledge of insurance EOB's and billing codes
• Familiarity with American Dental Association (ADA) forms or similar documentation
