Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist, Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and submit claim documentation accurately and timely to the claims team
  • Follow up with insureds to ensure all required documentation is provided for claim processing
  • Provide phone coverage for claim inquiries and assist customers and travel advisors as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role in Insurance or Financial Services
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with claims, imaging, and workflow systems is preferred
