Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist, Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and submit claim documentation accurately and timely to the claims team
- Follow up with insureds to ensure all required documentation is provided for claim processing
- Provide phone coverage for claim inquiries and assist customers and travel advisors as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role in Insurance or Financial Services
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with claims, imaging, and workflow systems is preferred
