Claims Investigator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Claims Investigator will review, analyze, and investigate P&C insurance claims to determine their validity and ensure accurate settlements, working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys
• Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience handling auto and general liability/property damage claims is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple functional areas
• Proven track record of managing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced settings
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative in evolving business environments
