Claims Investigator

Job Summary

To support the investigation of potentially fraudulent claims, the full-time Claims Investigator will conduct online research, compile comprehensive profiles of claimants, and prepare detailed reports while working remotely in the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and evaluates potentially fraudulent claims using various online sources
• Conducts basic to moderately complex investigations to compile claimant profiles for defense strategies
• Prepares high-quality investigation reports and maintains an organized diary of activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in using Internet search engines and social media platforms
• General knowledge of Lexis Nexis sites and Boolean search methods
• Ability to work under moderate pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
