Claims Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support the success of the Claims team, the full-time remote Claims Learning Consultant will design and deliver engaging training programs, develop learning materials, and facilitate training sessions while collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for Claims team members
- Create learning materials, including facilitator guides and job aids, to support training initiatives
- Analyze learner feedback and training outcomes to improve content and program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Five years of experience in Claims operations, training, or related fields, including familiarity with claims systems like Guidewire
- Prior experience in instructional design and facilitation is preferred
