A company is looking for a Claims Litigation Director to provide leadership and oversight in managing litigated claims across various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee litigated claims across all jurisdictions and lines of business
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with company objectives
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of outside defense counsel and litigation adjusters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of experience in managing litigated insurance claims
• Multi-line experience in commercial auto, property, general liability, and workers' compensation
• Prior supervisory or mentorship experience
• Expert knowledge of litigation processes and claim evaluation strategies
