Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations of Legal Management services, the full-time Claims Litigation Management Manager will oversee law firm and vendor compliance with litigation guidelines, coordinate project requests, and serve as a primary point of contact for legal bill review processes, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with law firms and E-Billing vendors, ensuring adherence to litigation management and billing guidelines
- Gather and analyze reports and metrics related to legal bill review and vendor performance, conducting audits as needed
- Assist in training claims staff on legal bill review platforms and participate in various project work as assigned
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of related experience required, particularly in legal bill review systems
- Experience in claims litigation management of law firms and/or vendors preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
