Job Summary
Managing claims and litigation processes, the full-time Claims & Litigation Manager will oversee claims identification and reporting, manage non-clinical claims, and ensure compliance with policy requirements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor EEOC charges and litigation filings, preparing Notices of Loss and managing the Proof of Loss process
- Direct outside counsel on claims management and maintain claims bordereaus and loss runs
- Present claims reports to leadership and support Insurance Operations with underwriting marketing and renewals
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in Insurance Defense, Coverage Litigation, or Claims Management is a plus
- 7+ years managing non-clinical litigation is preferred
