Job Summary

Managing claims and litigation processes, the full-time Claims & Litigation Manager will oversee claims identification and reporting, manage non-clinical claims, and ensure compliance with policy requirements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor EEOC charges and litigation filings, preparing Notices of Loss and managing the Proof of Loss process
  • Direct outside counsel on claims management and maintain claims bordereaus and loss runs
  • Present claims reports to leadership and support Insurance Operations with underwriting marketing and renewals
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in Insurance Defense, Coverage Litigation, or Claims Management is a plus
  • 7+ years managing non-clinical litigation is preferred
