Claims Litigation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing complex, high-exposure claims, the full-time Claims Litigation Specialist will provide technical expertise, evaluate coverage, and collaborate with defense counsel while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-exposure claims within a specialized line of business
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to adjusters, managers, agents, and examiners
• Direct and collaborate with defense counsel on litigated claims

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Experience handling complex, high-severity claims
• Associate in Claims (AIC) designation
• CPCU designation or other relevant insurance industry education and certifications
• Strong understanding of litigated claim management
