Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims while applying program training to real-world scenarios
• Engage in professional communication and strategy development with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
