Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning including instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to apply learned concepts
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims and engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
