Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning, including instructor-led sessions and job shadowing
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims under supervision while applying training to real-world scenarios
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support claims handling

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
