Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to gain hands-on experience in claims management
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders while managing a portfolio of indemnity claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
