Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and apply learned concepts in a simulated environment
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims and engage in professional communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Computer literacy, including strong familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
