Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning and engage in instructor-led sessions and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to gain hands-on experience
• Support claims management by handling new workers' compensation claims under supervision

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
