Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Handle new workers' compensation claims with increasing responsibility and under supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support claims management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
