Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support claims team through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement claims management strategies that align with organizational goals
• Provide oversight on complex claims and direct legal strategy in partnership with external counsel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required
• Law Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience handling claims for a carrier, TPA, or self-insured institution required
• Able to work and lead well under pressure
