Claims Management Manager

Job Summary

Supporting complex capital projects globally, the full-time remote Claims Management Manager will manage claim prevention, preparation, negotiation, and resolution to protect contractual and financial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy a change and claim management strategy for assigned projects from contract award to close-out
• Lead identification, assessment, and quantification of claims, variations, and changes (cost and schedule)
• Coordinate claim submissions, defenses, and counterclaims following contract provisions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of procurement project management experience
• Supply Chain certification preferred
• PMP certification preferred
