Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Specialist who will play a key role in customer service and claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Parts Claims, Missing Product Claims, and other customer order issues
- Develop and follow processes for claims management, serving as the first point of contact for customers and vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve customer issues and streamline information access
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior returns or claims management experience with a retailer or manufacturer
- Some knowledge of lighting or electrical products is preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is preferred
- Experience in the lighting, retail, or manufacturing industry is preferred
