Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the supervision and coordination of the claims department and staff

  • Review and analyze claims, providing reports and insights to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • College degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of claims handling experience, including one year in a supervisory role
  • Current knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processing
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance and CRC processes
