Key Responsibilities:

Oversee third-party claims administrator in the administration of various claims
Conduct claim audits and reviews, communicate results, and implement improvement processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, conduct webcasts, and coordinate subject matter experts

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Casualty Claims - GL, Auto, WC
Bachelor's Degree in Risk, Insurance, Finance, or Business Administration
Strong financial acumen and trend analysis skills
Experience in TPA Management
