Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Manager to oversee claims processing and ensure timely completion within the auditing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure claims are completed timely per client service level agreements
• Screen claims and assign expedited/escalated claims to nurses for review
• Access client systems for claim payment information and manage non-clinical claim inquiries

Required Qualifications

• College Graduate - Bachelor's or Associate degree
• Minimum of two years' experience in claims processing or payment integrity
• Experience/knowledge of medical records is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills and ability to motivate others
