Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality and performance metrics of the claims processing team
- Manage claims inventory to ensure timely processing and adherence to SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for claims quality and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or eight years of relevant claims processing experience, including four years in management
- Full knowledge of DMHC, DHS, and CMS Regulations and Guidelines
- Experience with contract law and Division Responsibility matrix interpretation
- Comprehensive knowledge of AB1455 regulations
