Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality and performance metrics of the claims processing team
  • Manage claims inventory to ensure timely processing and adherence to SLAs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for claims quality and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or eight years of relevant claims processing experience, including four years in management
  • Full knowledge of DMHC, DHS, and CMS Regulations and Guidelines
  • Experience with contract law and Division Responsibility matrix interpretation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AB1455 regulations
