A company is looking for a Claim Manager to oversee General Liability and Unsupported Excess Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the resolution of claims handled by Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance claim management platforms and reporting capabilities
• Define best practices across multiple casualty market segments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience handling Commercial General Liability claims
• 5+ years of experience managing litigated CGL claims
• 3+ years of experience with Excess & Surplus Lines claims
• 2+ years of experience supervising claim professionals
• Proven ability to analyze coverage and manage litigation effectively
