Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Manager to lead the Claims team in the U.S. Benefits department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, manage, and direct claims processors to achieve service performance and retention targets
  • Supervise team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Manage processes for efficiency, support business initiatives, and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of management and medical insurance claims experience (or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Current knowledge of health information technologies and their applications
  • Working knowledge of CPT, ADA, HCPCs, ICD-10 codes, and insurance regulations
  • Experience with budget management and processing metrics
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work with matrix partners
