Claims Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Claims Manager will manage the insurance function, analyze claims trends, and collaborate with insurance carriers and internal partners to enhance risk management as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an updated view of the active claims portfolio and track employment claim trends across various jurisdictions
• Manage relationships with insurance brokers and service providers while supporting the insurance renewal process
• Design and implement a risk KPI framework and produce performance reports translating claims data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, with a preference for risk management or analytics specialization
• 10 years of progressive experience in corporate risk management, insurance, claims, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement frameworks
• Proven track record of translating data insights into business impact
