Claims Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-performing team, the remote Claims Manager will oversee General Liability and Unsupported Excess Liability claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance claim management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of General Liability claims, ensuring thorough and efficient resolutions
• Collaborate with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and internal teams to refine claim management practices and reporting capabilities
• Supervise and mentor claim professionals, driving performance and best practices across multiple market segments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience handling Commercial General Liability claims
• 5+ years of managing litigated CGL claims and executing defense strategies
• 3+ years of experience with Excess & Surplus Lines claims
• 2+ years of experience overseeing claims handled by Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
• Proven ability to analyze coverage and manage litigation effectively
