Claims Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of professionals in the handling of complex cyber, technology, and media claims, the full-time remote Claims Manager will provide support and training, establish reserves, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective claims resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team in managing complex first and third party global cyber claims
• Assist in analyzing individual claim exposures and establishing accurate reserves
• Develop working relationships with brokers, law firms, and vendors while providing data support to underwriters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD and Adjuster Licensing are a plus
• 6+ years of experience handling Cyber and Technology claims
• 2+ years of prior people management experience
• Executive Risk claims experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
