Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Claims Manager Assistant will handle incoming and outgoing communications, assist with claim processing, and maintain electronic file organization in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer support in a phone support role, assisting insureds and healthcare providers with claim inquiries
  • Prepare claims for review and adjudication by processing daily administrative activities and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Maintain electronic file management and organization, critically reviewing documentation for completeness and suggesting process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent experience required; business experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience required; insurance or medical background preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Understanding of medical terminology is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn new applications quickly
