Claims Manager, Stop Loss

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Manager for Stop Loss, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review claim submissions for accuracy and compliance with policies
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external business partners on claims matters
• Lead and manage a team of Claims Examiners, providing mentorship and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
• 8+ years of claim experience required
• 2+ years of people management experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with DY/ESL Office preferred
