Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Manager in Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the claims processing team
  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to claims staff

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in claims processing
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a claims processing team
  • Strong knowledge of claims processing systems and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other data analysis tools
