Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Advocate - Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming claims communication and resolve issues on existing claims
  • Identify roadblocks preventing claims from being paid and assist beneficiaries in completing requirements
  • Review documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or related specialized training preferred
  • LOMA281 and LOMA291 to be completed within the first year of hire
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required; high volume call center experience preferred
  • Understanding of Life Insurance, HIPAA, and Privacy Act
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products
