Claims Negotiator

Job Summary

Negotiating No Surprise Act claims with insurance companies, the full-time Claims Negotiator will work remotely to submit documentation, research claims, and maintain productivity standards while communicating regularly with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate No Surprise Act claims and submit required documentation to insurance companies
• Research claims to process bills in a timely manner and track all settlements
• Assist with staff training and maintain or create training documentation as assigned by Leadership

Required qualifications

• Healthcare industry knowledge and experience, including basic coding principles
• Ability to interpret claims data in internal billing software and diverse EHRs
• Previous work from home experience with a dedicated, secure workspace
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, preferred
