Job Summary

Providing essential operational support, the full-time remote Claims Operations Associate II will assist workers' compensation adjusters by managing claim-related transactions, maintaining accurate claim files, and responding to customer inquiries while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative activities related to workers' compensation claims, supporting adjusters effectively
• Set up and maintain claim files, ensuring timely and accurate information entry
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in claims operations, processing, or a related insurance administrative role required
• Experience supporting workers' compensation adjusters or claims professionals strongly preferred
• Must be located within the Mountain or Central Time Zone and able to work standard business hours
