Job Summary
Overseeing the processes and systems that support the claims organization, the full-time remote Claims Operations Director will manage operational functions, improve efficiency, and ensure claims teams have the necessary tools and information to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational functions supporting the claims organization
- Evaluate claims workflows to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and scalability
- Serve as the primary liaison between Claims Operations and technology partners, translating business needs into system requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or claims services organization
- Management or supervisory experience
- Strong technical aptitude with claims systems and reporting tools
- Experience with system implementations and process improvements
