Claims Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Claims Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Claims Operations team and improve claims processing operations
• Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and report to leadership, while mentoring staff and conducting performance reviews
• Identify and implement process improvements within the claims workflow to enhance efficiency and production

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in claims operations
• Advanced knowledge of claims processing and data analysis
• Experience with HMO medical insurance claims and federal/state regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
