Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Claims Operations team
• Monitor claims processing performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
• Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and report on team performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management of claims operations
• Advanced knowledge of claims processing and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access
• Experience with HMO Medical insurance claims and federal/state regulations
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
