Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Claims Operations team
• Monitor claims processing operations and implement improvements based on data analytics
• Coordinate workflows and conduct performance evaluations for team members

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of management experience in claims operations
• Advanced knowledge of claims processing and performance metrics
• Experience with HMO medical insurance claims and federal/state regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
