Claims Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Claims Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage claims inventory, tracking trends and adjusting resources to maximize productivity
• Analyze data to proactively assess business needs and provide solutions
• Train and coach staff and vendors on claims processes while managing team performance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of health insurance claims experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
• Ability to independently direct the implementation of complex business projects
• Working knowledge of functions within insurance operations and shared services
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio
• Operating knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or AGILE is preferred
