Claims Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the claims operations strategy, the full-time salaried Claims Operations Manager will refine and scale the operational backbone of the end-to-end claims lifecycle across Cyber and Executive Risk products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the claims operating model and establish operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Oversee the production and transmission of claims bordereaux (BDX) for carrier partners, ensuring data quality and timely reporting
• Lead the establishment of loss funds globally and manage claims payment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in claims operations or transformation within P&C insurance or related environments
• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced setting
• Proven track record in building operational processes and controls, with strong program management skills
• Experience with claims data, financial flows, and reporting expectations
• Comfort collaborating with technology teams on system improvements and automation
