Claims Operations Manager

Job Summary

Focused on improving accuracy and operational integrity, the full-time remote Claims Operations Manager will conduct deep investigations into complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into operational issues, identifying root causes across multiple domains
• Translate individual errors into broader themes and opportunities for systemic improvement
• Partner cross-functionally to implement durable solutions and create documentation to prevent recurrence of issues

Required qualifications

• Experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or process improvement environments
• Demonstrated strength in root cause analysis and structured problem solving
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive measurable operational improvements
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to identify trends
• Experience in healthcare operations is preferred
