Claims Operations Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution of provider refund check processing
• Collaborate with Payment Integrity and Claims leadership to identify root causes of overpayments
• Partner with Finance and Accounting for accurate reconciliation of recouped funds and financial reporting

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to leverage complex data sets for strategic initiatives
• Experience in operations with a focus on defining and executing plans
• Expertise in building relationships across teams
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms preferred
