Claims Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the overall claims reporting process for carrier partners, the full-time Claims Operations Specialist will produce accurate claims bordereaux, enhance data quality, and oversee claims payment enablement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational process for producing and transmitting accurate claims bordereaux for carrier partners
• Improve data standards and consistency to elevate claims data as a decision-driving asset for Finance and leadership
• Coordinate responses and process improvements for carrier partner inquiries, ensuring compliance and accuracy in claims payment enablement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance claims operations, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and experience handling large datasets
• Understanding of insurance concepts and customer service principles
• Experience in cross-functional product/process leadership
• Salesforce experience is a plus
