Claims Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the claims experience for users, the fully remote Senior Claims Operations Specialist will manage the processing of claims, respond to inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams in Nashville.

Key responsibilities

• Create initial loss reports and assist with claim processes for Lyft Healthcare, Bikes, and Scooters
• Respond to customer inquiries related to claims and coordinate next steps for accidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes and customer experience

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a safety or claims environment
• Strong collaboration skills with peers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• High standards of integrity and judgment
• Empathetic approach to community interactions while executing tasks
