Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Supervisor to oversee the processing of claims and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor claims payment and review data to identify issues impacting claims processing
• Supervise claims adjudicators and mailroom staff to ensure productivity and quality
• Maintain compliance with corporate standards and participate in internal and external audits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Two or more years of claims experience required
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare or managed care required
• Preferred two or more years of supervisory experience in claims operations
• Pre-employment background check required
