Claims Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Claims department, the full-time remote Claims Operations Supervisor will manage workflows, train staff, and ensure adherence to productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to meet performance expectations and improve workflow consistency
• Monitor and analyze reports related to claims processing to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance employee performance and engagement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industry
• 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of medical claims analysis and adjudication experience
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding terminology
