Job Summary
Supervising a team of approximately 15 claims processors, the full-time remote Claims Operations Supervisor will provide daily direction, oversee training and development, and resolve complex claims issues while ensuring operational standards and customer service objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise employee outcomes through training, scheduling, coaching, and performance appraisals
- Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and implementing production and quality management
- Monitor daily operations and resolve escalated claims requiring manual review or technical support
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in claims operations and workflows
- Strong presentation skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service under demanding circumstances
