Job Summary
Providing front-line management supervision for the claims operations team, the full-time Claims Operations Supervisor will ensure timely and accurate claims processing, establish procedural guidelines, and conduct quality assurance checks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervises a team of 0-25 employees, including setting expectations, training, and performance management
- Collaborates with Data Services, Client Services, and Claims Services to advise on project requirements and best practices
- Conducts risk analysis and monitors quality assurance standards to enhance operational success
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or comparable work experience
- 3+ years in claims analysis work
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid analytical and risk-assessment skills
