Claims Optimization Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Optimization Program Manager to build and scale their Direct Repair Program within the property claims organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Direct Repair Program strategy and operational framework
• Identify and recruit qualified vendors while developing pricing frameworks and service level agreements
• Define and implement KPIs to monitor performance and financial impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or industry certifications preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in property claims, vendor management, or program leadership
• Direct experience with Direct Repair Programs or contractor networks is preferred
• Strong understanding of property estimating platforms and repair cost drivers
• Proven ability to build programs from concept to execution
