Claims Payment Processor

Job Summary

To support a growing automotive service team, the full-time Claims Payment Processor will process claim reimbursement payments, review invoices for accuracy, and communicate with dealerships to resolve billing issues, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Process claim reimbursement payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Review invoices to ensure alignment with approved claim authorizations
• Communicate with dealerships and repair facilities to resolve billing discrepancies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment processing or a related administrative function
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
